Where did MLK go to college?
First, in 1947, he went to Morehouse College, after leaving grade school at the age of 15, and he planned to follow his father into the ministry. That same year, he preached his first sermon at Ebenezer. In 1948 he graduated Morehouse at the age of 18 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and began theological studies in Crozer Seminary in Chester, Pennsylvania. In 1951, he studied various characteristics of liberal Protestant theology at Boston University.
